3. Purchase process
Your item is not a finished product but a pattern and tutorial to make yourself rag dolls, animals stuffed or embroidery. The item is not a kit. You need the necessary materials (fabric, thread ... etc ...). The patterns are not printed. It's a PDF download.
The "satisfied" or "refunded" does not apply to digital items such as patterns and tutorials.
Payments are made via Paypal (by credit card or with your Paypal account). misspenelop.com don’t collect any information concerning your bank details.
